As more people recognize the importance of movement, recovery, and flexibility, the demand for guided stretching continues to grow. Stretching helps counter the effects of stress, inactivity, and repetitive movement; restoring balance and promoting a healthier, more active lifestyle.

We’re seeking an experienced, motivated professional who shares our passion for wellness, movement, and holistic health to help develop, launch, and lead this exciting new program.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Collaborate with the LOR Spa team to design and implement a customized Stretch Therapy program.

• Lead one-on-one stretch sessions and classes for guests.

• Educate clients on the benefits of guided stretching and proper techniques.

• Build relationships with guests to promote regular participation and overall wellness.

• Help shape and grow this new program into a core offering at LOR Spa
   

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Background in stretch therapy, assisted stretching, personal training, physical therapy, or a similar discipline.

• Certification in a recognized stretch or movement-based program, such as Fascial Stretch Therapy, StretchLab, or other nationally accredited fitness organizations like NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, or ISSA.

• Strong understanding of body mechanics, flexibility, and safe stretching techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for wellness, mobility, and helping others feel their best.

• A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, growth-minded environment.
