Cupping therapy is an ancient form of practice that uses suction cups on the neck and shoulders to create decompression, rather than tissue compression. This unique experience, along with a full body massage, is non-invasive and helps relieve aching muscles and joint stiffness, reduce inflammation and provide relief for many acute and chronic conditions.

This specialty massage has been specifically designed to eliminate trigger points and knots in the piriformis, lower back, back, neck and head. A trigger point is a tight area within muscle tissue that causes pain in other parts of the body. This therapy helps reduce pain, relieves tension and promotes a better range of motion.

Fascia is a tough, elastic membrane that wraps, connects and supports your muscles and organs. If the fascia has become stiff and fixed, muscle and joint movements can be restricted, which contribute to widespread muscle pain. During myofascial release therapy, these stiff fascia areas are located, stretched, and loosened so that the body can move more freely, and the patient's motion is restored.

The Raindrop Restore uses a specific formula of essential oils. This technique is a means to detoxify the system and bring balance back to your body. Nine essential oils are used during this treatment and are applied to the feet and back. Because the oils remain under the skin for several days, the restorative benefits continue long after your massage ends.

This unique, geo-thermal massage technique involves alternating heated basalt stones with cool marble stones. The heat from the warm basalt stones penetrates deeply to help loosen and sooth tight muscles, while the cool marble stones help reduce inflammation. This creates a very balanced, relaxing treatment that brings a dramatic, detoxifying effect and relief from pain.

Repetitive movements can cause injuries that affect the muscles, ligaments and tendons in the hands, arms, shoulders, neck and back. By using a combination of massage and stretching, this specialty treatment helps heal by boosting circulation, by reducing pain caused by tension in the muscles, by promoting healthy regeneration of damaged tissue and tendons, and by increasing range of motion.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage is a natural therapy in which warmed stones are positioned on parts of the body to maximize the therapeutic benefit. The stones used are typically river rocks or other very smooth-surfaced stones made of basalt. These stones are heated in sanitizing water before use. The high iron content in basalt helps the stones retain heat during the massage. Hot stone massages are beneficial on both physical and psychological levels.
