Your role as a Spa Concierge is to greet guests into our luxurious LOR Spa environment, schedule reservations and confirm appointments, maintain the organization and cleanliness of the spa throughout the day and collect payment from guests.
You will be responsible for ensuring complete guest satisfaction by providing full guidance and consultation throughout their entire visit.
