All employees wear masks. Guests are not required to wear a mask.

If you are ill, we ask that you please stay home.

Appointment times have been adjusted for enhanced cleaning between Guests. 

We will continue frequent deep cleaning and disinfecting of common areas, handles, faucets, trash-receptacles and other touchpoints.

Team members are mandated to wash hands often.

Hand sanitizing supplies are available in common areas throughout the Spa and at the front desk, within each treatment room and within the locker rooms for Guest and employee use.

Locker rooms and common areas are cleaned and disinfected utilizing the same disinfectant used throughout LOR Spa.

All spa therapists prepare for treatment by sanitizing their hands (and any tools used for service) with anti-bacterial, anti-microbial wipes and/or soap.

Any products such as oils and lotions will be removed from the treatment room and sanitized between uses.

Treatment table items  such as pillows, cushions and bolsters will be covered with a material that will be changed and cleaned/sanitized between Guests.

Any items that are subject to client contact are fully sanitized between services and treatments.
