We strive to become aware of the entire body, achieve control of the breath, and quiet the mind to focus on only what is necessary in the present moment.
LOR Spa Meditation is Virtual Meditation
Add time in LOR Spa’s meditation room to any R&R package! You will get 30 minutes in the meditation room. The room offers meditation cushions, bolsters, blankets, mats and blocks for your comfort. Meditate in your own way, or follow along to one of our guided videos. Guided video options include meditations on our chakras (body energy centers), on our heartbeat, and an active journey through the Kirtan Kriya, a meditation including hand gestures and chanting.
